Our Team

We have built a core team of artisans for our various expertise. We employ additional hands as and when our jobs require it. Stone Works and Tiling – we have a core of three (3) teams made up of 3 people each. The make-up of the teams is a master artisan and two trainees. Masons and labourers – We employ a team of four (4) master masons and 4 labourers who have undertaken all our projects and have gained adequate understanding into specific artisanry required to achieve the desired finish. We employ two supervisors (foremen) who handle the daily requirements of each project and present on site daily to ensure works are being done to specifications.

Kobby Mensah

Business Development and Civil Works Lead

Kobby is the business development lead for Adfield and heads the Civil and construction team of the business. He has extensive knowledge in business development with over thirteen (13) year experience, working as a Credit and Business Analyst with CalBank. He has a degree in Accounting and Civil Engineering and has garnered the experience building Adfield into a reputable construction and Deco brand.

Yussif Kourri

Chief Artisan (Interior and Exterior Works)

Yussif is a Moroccan chief artisan with specialties in building finishes including tiling, stone works, decorative stone pieces, word work, among many others. He has built extensive work experience in Ghana working as team lead for Stone Depot and Unidoor for many reputable projects across the country.
