Adfield is a Ghanaian-owned construction enterprise established in June 2021 with a mission to build beautiful, functional and enduring living and working spaces across Africa.

Our People

We have built a core team of artisans for our various expertise. We employ additional hands as and when our jobs require it. Stone Works and Tiling – we have a core of three (3) teams made up of 3 people each. The make-up of the teams is a master artisan and two trainees. Masons and labourers – We employ a team of four (4) master masons and 4 labourers who have undertaken all our projects and have gained adequate understanding into specific artisanry required to achieve the desired finish. We employ two supervisors (foremen) who handle the daily requirements of each project and present on site daily to ensure works are being done to specifications.

Kobby Mensah

Founder & Business Lead

Kobby leads Adfield; overseeing business development, construction management, and interior finishing works. With over thirteen (13) years of professional experience, he brings a strong background in business strategy, financial analysis and project execution.

Before founding and building Adfield into a reputable construction brand, Kobby worked with CalBank as a Credit and Business Analyst, where he developed deep expertise in financial structuring, risk assessment, and client relationship management.

He holds degrees in Accounting and Civil Engineering, a unique blend that positions him to bridge the gap between technical project delivery and financial sustainability.

Gifty Dosu

Project Manager / Quantity Surveyor

Gifty Dosu is a Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor with over five (5) years’ experience delivering cost-efficient infrastructure and construction projects in both the public and private sectors.

At Adfield Enterprise, she oversees project planning, budgeting, procurement and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.

Her expertise spans commercial buildings, water supply systems and civil works, with strong skills in cost planning, risk assessment, tender documentation and value engineering.

Gifty holds an MSc in Project Management and a BSc in Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics from KNUST, as well as a Higher National Diploma from Accra Technical University.

She is also a full member of the Ghana Institute of Construction (GIOC).
